Set up attendance tracking in two ways:

  • Geofence Groups: Create geographic boundaries where employees can check in/out using GPS location
  • QR Code Groups: Generate QR codes for specific locations that employees scan to check in/out

Both methods are available under Attendance Management in your dashboard. Choose based on your needs - geofence for flexible location tracking, QR codes for precise location control.

Use the Band system to manage pay rates:

  • Create bands with different base rates (e.g., Junior, Senior, Specialist)
  • Set individual provider rates within each band for specific employees
  • Edit any band to add or modify individual rates

This allows you to have standard rates per band while accommodating individual employee variations.

The system includes offline tracking capabilities:

  • Employees can record their work hours offline
  • Data syncs automatically when connection is restored
  • Managers can approve offline entries
  • All offline activities are logged for transparency

This ensures no work hours are lost due to connectivity issues.

Generate invoices and payslips through the Billing Management section:

  • Invoices: Create invoices for clients based on completed work hours
  • Payslips: Generate employee payslips based on their attendance and pay rates
  • All calculations are automatic based on your band rates and attendance data
  • Export to PDF or send directly to clients/employees

This streamlines your payroll and invoicing processes.

Manage permissions through the Employee Management system:

  • Create different employee roles (Manager, Carer, Admin)
  • Assign specific permissions to each role
  • Managers can oversee their team's activities
  • Carers have access to their assigned tasks and attendance
  • Admins have full system access

This ensures each employee only sees what they need to perform their role effectively.
